Jamie Longazel

Jamie Longazel is associate professor in the Department of Political Science at John Jay College and is affiliated with the International Migration Studies program at the CUNY Graduate Center. He is the author of Undocumented Fears : Immigration and the Politics of Divide and Conquer in Hazleton, Pennsylvania (Temple, 2016), co‑editor of the forthcoming Migration and Mortality : Social Death, Dispossession, and Survival in the Americas (Temple, 2021), and co-founder of Anthracite Unite.
